Help! Home assistant host suddenly without network

After I updated HA core and OS today, at some point, my home assistant host was not reachable anymore in the network. Not even pingable.
I rebooted the Intel NUC that it runs on and during the boot, the log read „Failed to start network manager Wait Online.“
And „Failed to start Wait Until Kernel Time synchronized“.

I ran the systemctl commands as stated and this is the output:

I cannot make sense of this. Why is suddenly my network not working?

Hi tzippy,

Are you using pihole, adware, or any other DNS Blocker.

No. And I changed nothing on my network either.
The host doesn’t even seem to get an IP from my DHCP server on my router.

Did you have the IP address of Home Assistant static-ed in in the router, the router may have changed it on you.

Yeah I did actually. But after disabling it and „deleting“ the device from my router so that it would be recognized as new on my network; the NUC still would not get an IP. Just like before with the same errors.

Okay. My switch‘s power supply in the basement was pulled from the socket. It’s working now :man_facepalming:t3:
Thanks for making me look in the right direction!!
