I have about 7 ZooZ ZSE 11 Q-sensor. (mode 700 and 800) where the stickers are illegible so I can’t scan the sticker or I a not sure which covers goes to which sensor (self inflicted wound). Should I be able to add these sensor WITH OUT security???
On the stickers, are both the QRs and the 5-digit DSKs illegible?
A messed-up QR prevents using SmartStart, but if you have a device’s 5-digit DSK, pairing it S2 “traditionally” (for lack of a better term) would be on the table.
If the DSKs are also messed up, then you should still be able to pair (traditionally) without security just fine.

Not much luck in trying the manual inclusion. I have excluded and repeated several times and also factory reset the units. I also have removed better and reinserted between attempts as I remember something about “aid gapping”

Ok for idiots like me it turns out there is a solution to get the unit installed…Search for the unit. and when out asks for the piin you can antler “00000”. and it allows the unit to reinstalled with out security I know that is not a goo thing but it beats no unit at all.
