Help needed ro automate HVAC zone control

Hi all
I have a 5 zone HVAC system which i would like to monitor and control in HA using an esp device and topics via a MQTT broker.
My thought process is to tap into the the panel somhow. Its an IAS branded system.
Here is the front and back of the panel
