Can someone tell why my dashboard editing is not working correctly. The header gets hidden when editing and for example the horizontal stack lets me edit the first card only in visual editor. Code editor works correctly. Did try rebootin and did runna older backup but nothing helps. Same problem in browser and android app.

Are you able to test outside a phone/tablet?
Same problem in browser on windows pc and android app.
Same issues here in the current versions of Chrome (PC and Android) and Edge (PC) Browsers. I cannot access the badgers at the top of the page.
Clearing cache first and then selecting editing mode seems to work sometimes but it’s not really a solution to this problem because it’s only a temporary fix and the problem usually comes back quite fast.
Really annoying issue. 
This issue is still with me. Does anyone have any tips on how to fix this??
