Help on SSH Error 502: Bad Gateway

I’m trying to install HACS. And following the simple instructions.
But I can’t get terminal to work.
I get to SSH & Web Terminal, and try to paste the install command.
The terminal show nothing. Blank box and nothing but this … 502: Bad Gateway

I’m thinking it’s not installed correctly even though it shows up.

Trying to paste this in the SSH terminal to install HACS, but can’t

wget -O - https://get.hacs.xyz | bash -

SO again nothing show up in SSH terminal. 502: Bad Gateway and you can’t type or paste anything.

Same problem here until I found this post. You need to go into the configuration and set a password between single quotes.

any strong password set by the user? i will try later, same problem for me. Just install the HAOS saturday, and tried to set password & user name, also the port, still no use, not sure if it was the password too simple, i will try to set a strong password. i install “advanced terminal&SSH”
