Help Setting Up Home Assistant Full Kiosk on TPA10-M2E Android Tablet

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased a TPA10-M2E wall-mounted tablet running Android 11 to use as a control panel for my home automation setup. I’m trying to set up Home Assistant in full kiosk mode on this device but have run into some issues.
Here’s what I’ve done so far:

but when I want to connect to the tablet’s IP I get this: No connection could be established because the target computer expressly refused it. (10061)

I’d really appreciate it if someone could guide me on how to configure this tablet properly for Home Assistant in full kiosk mode. If anyone has experience with this model or similar Android tablets for home automation, I’d love to hear your tips or see your setup.

Thanks in advance for your help!

I can help you setup the device.

Did you have success? It’s not compatible imo w those ns panel tools but if you look on github you can reverse engineer the adb password and then sideload apps. I hadn’t played with the buttons yet but there is probably a fix for those to work too
