Help setting up Home Assistant Green for first time!

Hi, I have a new Home Assistant Green which I have connected up as per the website. I cannot connect this to the Home Assistant App - I just get the app endlessly scanning.

When I enter the address manually (http://homeassistant.local:8123) I get the message 'Unable to connect to Home Assistant. ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED)

I have tried on a mobile and a desktoip on the same wired network to access the URL suggested (http://homeassistant.local:8123](http://homeassistant.local:8123) but get a ‘this site cannot be reached’ message. I have also tried entering the IP addres into my phone browser and my desktop browser (192.168.0.82) which gives the same message.

I would be so grateful if anyone can suggest where I am going wrong? I am no expert and have tried all the steps on the troubleshooting guide - Troubleshooting installation problems - Home Assistant

Thankyou!

I have connected the Home Assistant Green to a monitor which shows the following.

I also managed to access the Home Assistant Observer URL too which shows:
Home Assistant observer
|Supervisor:|Connected|
|Supported:|Supported|
|Healthy:|Healthy|

Another plea for someone who might be able to respond! Otherwise I will just have to return it I guess!

Does it have (wired) Internet access?

Same here, tried everything but this isnt possible to install

I face the same issue.
The hs is connected to network - see picture from Advanced IP Scanner

When i check the observer - it seems ok - see the picture below

But on the port 8123 the connection is refused:

I have connected the device to my monitor using HDMI and on the log there was an error: “low voltage detected, date/time is not reliable.”

It looks the same is described her ein this thread: Network error on initial setup of Home Assistant Green

I am using official power adapter and seems it is broken.

I have used following procedure: Resetting the device – Home Assistant Green

And now it works fine. Btw I have tried different browser too. But I think the resolution was the reset.
