Help troubleshoot Nabucasa connectivity

Greetings,
I am having some issues when connecting via Nabucasa cloud, many times is not working. Feels like the entire UI is freezing.
If I access it via direct LAN connection, everything works great.

I do not see a related error in the log file.

Is there a test which I can run to figure out if there is something on my network causing this?
netstat /ping/ traceroute command which I can use to diagnoze the connection to the NC cloud?

I disabled IPV6 and IPV4 is set to auto FWIW

im having some issues randomly also.
HA showing connected. I can access HA remotely with companion app and browser but google and alexa say they cant connect. but alexa says linked. the temp fix is normally restarting my rounter and then toggling the remote control in HA cloud settings.
my log looks the same as you but in the nabucasa website will show not connected

well, my issue was totally unrelated to Nabucasa.

I had a Ring integration throwing a ton of errors and somehow this affected the NC connectivity in some specific instances.
