Help trying to control multiple boilers

hi, I’m new here but wondering if anyone can help me out

I’m looking at installing a Zigbee thermostat system with TRV Valves for the radiators and a controller for the boilers

the problem is the house used to be 3 flats so it has a separate boiler on each floor and a total of 20 radiators.

I installed the Tado system but I am faced with 2 problems, firstly I had to make 3 accounts for each boiler which requires signing out and into a different account to see each boiler, secondly, only one internet bridge can be used and some TRVs can’t get signal

i was hoping with the Zigbee system i am able to control multiple boilers and TRV valves from the same app, as well as install an internet bridge on each floor.
can anyone let me know if this is possible? I can’t seem to find an answer anywhere as everyone seems to have only 1 boiler!

While I don’t have 3 boilers I’m currently swapping out my Honeywell boiler controller and TRV’s for Zigbee ones.

I purchased a MOES ZigBee Smart Thermostat Temperature Controller and it integrates with Zigbee2MQTT and HomeAssistant perfectly.

I use a SONOFF ZBDongle-P Universal Zigbee 3.0 USB Stick as the controller on my Home Assistant instance and run Zigbee2MQTT.

It exposes all the climate settings and these can be automated by Home Assistant or, as in my plan, Node-RED. It simply doesn’t matter how many thermostats you have. They can either be controlled together or independantly.

Does this make sense?

Cheers, Tim
