Help - Unable to connect through external URL (HA Cloud)

Hi
My wife’s iphone cant connect to our server through the HA cloud.
it gives an SSL error - NSURLErrorDomain - 1200

tried reinstalling the HA Iphone app, tried reseting her iphone network settings, nothing works… can anyone please help me.

I’ve been having similar problems with my iPhone 14 for the last few days. If I refresh iMac browser based HA core it connects fine but stops connecting after a short time of inactivity. Get error NSURLErrorDomain -1001 and have restarted etc as well.
