Help Upgrading HACS Manually

I am currently on version 0.13.2. Before I can upgrade to the latest version I need to upgrade HACS to 0.16.3. I’ve backed up my current hacs folder and downloaded 0.16.3, unzipped into the correct folder. Then restarted Home Assistant.

I’ve also removed the hacs section from configuration.yaml

I didn’t use HACS to upgrade to 0.13.2 because the only option displayed was “latest”.

Went to the “Community” tab and get " 500 Internal Server Error - Server got itself in trouble".

I then started the hacs configuration process over again. When I get to the step to add the HACS integration, it doesn’t appear in the list. I’ve cleared my browsers cache (per the instructions), still no luck.

Currently on the latest HA (0.103.6).

After more attempts last night I’ve got 0.13.6 installed but I think it still things I’m on an older version due to the warning still showing.

Did you find a solution for this ?
I have the same. I am running Home Assistant Core on Synology Docker. Upgraded Home Assistant a few times without upgrading HACS.
