Help with a node red light automation

Hello,
i have some problems, 1st of those problems, that im not good on HA and node red.

Backstorie:
I have 2 lights in my room leds and main light in the ceiling

What i want to do is:
Between 9am and 11pm if i turn off the main light, the led turn on
Between 9am and 11pm if i turn off the led, the light turn on
But outside the hours i can turn any of those without trigger the others.

A time range node will let you do different thing at different times.
