Help with AlexxIT/Sonoff intergration, pls

Just installed HACS - looks fine.
Using HACS - installed AlexxIT/Sonoff integration.
Added sonoff: entries in configuration.yaml.

And … nothing happens. What next ? See no clues.

In Configuration/Integrations - it does NOT appear.
