Help with Dahua config - Username/Password/Address is wrong?

I recently installed an Amcrest ASH22-W camera, and can view the camera in the Amcrest Smart Home app. When I attempt to add the integration, I am prompted for my login credentials. I have used ‘admin’, as well as my e-mail address and username from the ASH app, but I get a “Username, Password or Address is wrong.” error, and no progress. I have verified the IP, and even reset the username/password on the camera, and I cannot get it to connect. Is there somwhere I can look for more information on what exactly is preventing it from working, so I know where to begin to address the issue?
