Hello HA community! I am having a problem getting some of my RF switches to receive the signal put out by my Pi. I have included details below, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Setup:
- Raspberry Pi 2 B with Home assistant Installed
- 315mhz transmitter and receiver connected per the Bruh automation youtube video
- Raspberry Pi RF Switch component configured
- RF wireless Remotes:
- Costco WRCO (manufactured by Capstone)
- TR-011 from home depot (I believe these have many different names, but ultimately manufactured by Kab Enterprise Co.)
For both sets, I was easily able to identify the code and protocol, and the ones from Costco are working perfectly (other than the fact that the code for “on” and “off” is the same). For the outlets I had from home depot, everything looks correct… but nothing happens when the switch is toggled “on” or “off” from HA. i turned on the listener to verify that the codes being sent out by my Pi are the same as being sent by the remote, and they are (Attached a screenshot).
I have tried the following to get to work:
- change the protocol
- change the pulselength
- add “00” to the front and back of the code
- change the location of the outlets
- verified that they are on 315 mhz
- searched HA community and google trying to find a solution / known compatibility issues
Thanks in advance for your help!
