I am successfully running several ESPHome Voice Assistants now, but I was wondering if I could also use my server directly as an assistant when plugging in a microphone and speaker. I know that we can use Rhasspy, but I was not able to set it up properly. I do not find any rich documentation/tutorials on how to set it up to work with openwakeword running locally in the official addon etc. I don’t know if that is even possible currently. But if there is someone with more expertise, I would like some help 
Also, which version of Rhasspy should I install?
