Help with state icon badge color change in picture elements card

hello,
I am trying to make the humidity sensor badge blue for my floor plan. I use a picture elements card to represnt the entities in my house and want the badge around the humidity level to be blue.

What YAML code would I need to make the change? Whenever I change the color code it changes the text not the outline of the red bubble which is the color I want to make blue?
