Help with thermostat configuration

Hi everyone!
Looking for community’s help. Have thermostatic radiator valve ( Moes BRT-100-TRV ), it has been installed on radiator that closed by decorative panels (it’s mean that around battery always hot but temperature in the room is lower). My task is to manage thermostat not using it internal temperature sensor ( coz it always shows high temperature) but based on external temperature sensor.

Any ideas/suggestions please?

Have you actually investigated before buying, if the valve inside the thermostat is capable of being operated directly?
Not every Thermostat valve is able to do that. If it can be directly operated, you will find something about it in the manual.

Unfortunately I didn’t look at the possibilities before buying. That’s why I’m asking here for help

Do you have another temperature sensor in the room? If you do you can create a generic thermostat.

I looked here and the TRV has a manual mode. You can use the generic thermostat with the scheduler and control however you like.

Here are the links to generic thermostat and scheduler

Thank you for your reply. The problem is that this thermostat doesn’t expose any switch :frowning:
