Help with total of values per week/month

Hi how can I best do this in HA? I have a few sensors, for example number of steps and want the total per week and month in a table.

I guess an utility meter can be used but this will not store/save the totals, right? Because it reset itself?

Thanks but i dont understand the differences with the nuts meter…does the history stats keep all data or?

It uses the sensor information stored in recorder and can sum it to show (for example) how long a switch has been on for this week etc. In your case you want the total in the week.
