In manual configuration of Input helpers you can configure default and remembrance of the state/value of the helper but using the UI to add helpers there’s no ability to do this. It would be very valuable to be able to do this through the UI as I am slowly removing them manual configuration and using the UI for configuration of these items.

Bumping this again in hopes of getting some traction because the next step is going to be to start tracking it in Node-Red and resetting it upon reboot which would be tedious.
