I use conditional cards, but when those cards are hidden, they still occupy empty slots in my dashboard:
I think that Cuisine on the top right must go nn the bottom left to balance cards in the dashboard.
What do you think ?

No idea, but just can confirm, that you are not alone… My main mage just shows home presence and then ~10 other cards that are visible only if something worth attention is going on at home. But this single, always on card is not dosplayed as it shoyld be at the center of screen, definitely being pushed to the side bu aother, hidden cards…
