Hiding Sonos coverart on frontend

Is it possible somehow to hide the coverart from each sonos player in the frontend so only the metadata and play/paúse button is visible?
It takes up a lot of space and is not really necassary for me.

This has been discussed over here and so far (to my knowledge) is not possible at the moment.
