I run Home assistant on a Raspby pi 4B with a HiFiBerry Amp2.
Do someone know how to set up the Amp2 with Home Assistant? It works well on standard Debian images, but I don’t have a clue how to run it with HA…? Even aplay -l don’t work…

It doesn’t look like you can do it. It appears that that device has it’s own stuff that it needs to run in the OS and this is not part of or addible to HAOS.

i’ve got no hifiberry or Pi running HA, but it looks no different than any other supported audio device running in the OS. Perhaps volume control of the amp is different , but look at Is there anyone running a HifiBerry DAC on a Raspberry Pi HA setup?, and see if that helps.
