Ever since i updated to the latest HA 2023.7.0, seems it’s hovering around 30%, whereas before it used to be around 5-10.
Don’t see anything odd in the container, but it’s definitely the homeassistant process that is causing it. Any kind of profiler i can run that could isolate this ?
I have recently upgraded Ubuntu as well as the latest VMware player. I guess database is quite big 700Mb+ but that never used to be a problem before.
Good to know. I mean just the recommended way of running it, in a VM. And yes the VMware player is running it. Never had any problems with it.
I’m starting to disable integrations now see what’s going on, but yeah even with quite intensive adding sometimes (double take processing, and it would go up while it was doing face recognition), but it would always go back to 5-10 %.
Before you start the time intensive process of disabling your integrations one by one you could try setting up a separate fresh container with 2023.7.0 and then with your last used version to verify whether HA on its own uses more resources.
