I am searching for a solution for measuring the temperature of a pipe, aprox range -20 +250 C. Could someone please help me with some ideas or workarounds. It must be compatible with home asssistant, i am using influxdb and grafana.
Likely going to have to do a bit of DIY for that.
There are thermocouple modules that work with espHome or Tasmota that you should look at.
