HikVision Camera not loggin in

Hello,

My camera configuration for HikVison with ONvif was working good but with the last updates stopped working :frowning:
There are these errors (I am sure the credentials are correct).

Couldn’t connect to camera ‘HIKVISION DS-2CD2023G0-I’, please verify that the credentials are correct. Error: Invalid data

22:43:26 – (ERRO) ONVIF

The date/time on HIKVISION DS-2CD2023G0-I (UTC) is ‘2022-08-20 22:43:34+00:00’, which is different from the system ‘2022-08-20 21:43:26.037429+00:00’, this could lead to authentication issues

You have error in logs telling you that you have time/date mismatch. Probably your camera is set to 0 UTC and comp on +1 UTC. Try put your cammera in the same time zone as comp.

Already did that. Even on the same timezone some seconds are different

How did you connected your camera? Over the cloud, wifi, poe…

The camera is POE on my switch

I have a doorbell camera from hikvision also connected to a poe switch. I integrated it to ha using frigate. And its accesable on local lan as switch is connected with lan cable to a router.

Mine was working good for the last year almost… no setting on the camera was changed, only updated HomeAssistant… I cant solve dont know why or how

You can try vlc to open the stream.

No, unfortunatly its the same

I am updating HA again to see if something is fixed :confused:

I was able to solve it and it is easy and i feel stupid…

I was manually syncing the time with the computer instead of using automatic date… solved…
