You can still access the lower res streams via ONVIF
Noone uses the CGI protocol, which is an archaic relict of the early internet days. You don’t need it to get still images or streams from Hik cameras. HA doesn’t use the CGI protocol either.
That’s incorrect. Streams or still images are accessed over ISAPI (along with a lot of other stuff like events). ISAPI has nothing to do with CGI.
