hi, maybe someone encountered problems after updating Home Assistant Hikvision integration

if you update the page, it shows normally, some time passes, then the error occurs again

If I understood the update correctly, it checks RTSP stream regularly to decide to support webrtc for it.

For some reason, if RTSP stream fails to respond, webrtc offer breaks down.

This support has been added recently with 12.2 version

Hi, indeed I have the same problem.
I replaced the first stream with a second stream with bad quality and everything worked. This problem was there before, I thought it was because of my server speed.
please look at my solution, it looks like this:

  1. rtsp://192.168.2.11/ISAPI/Streaming/channels/101/ - Good quality
    change
  2. rtsp://192.168.2.11/ISAPI/Streaming/channels/102/ - Poor quality

IP address of the cameras, of course, leave yours

I use hikvision integration

NVR adds all cameras as sensor

I use this and views fine on chrome but not on my echo show - i get the message as above "Failed to start…

Oddly it only happens on some of my dashboards, and only some of the time. And never consistantly on one camera.
