Is it me, or is the History Date range picker a nightmare to work with? I can’t get the results I want because the interface doesn’t make sense. Every time I try to pick a 12 hour range on the same day, the range bumps to a week and then it chugs along forever looking up the data.
Okay…seems I have to click “today” first before selecting dates.
Although, it would be nice if the Text showing the date at the top of the picker changed when you click on the calendar. As it is, I click “Today” then I have to click a start and end date for the day I want the data reported on, then Select…at which point it appears that nothing has updated until a few seconds later when the report begins to run.,
