If i select under history a long range of data. Let we say: temperature from 1 oct tot 1 jan. I got only the graph from 24 december to now. How could i see the historical data before 24 december?

The default recorder purge keep days is set to 10. You can’t see states beyond this length. You can only see long term statistics (if your sensor has been set up to use it).
Changing the purge keep days to long intervals is not recommended. For long term data look at influxdb and Grafana.
