Hi, I have HA installed on 64GB A2 card but history tab only shows 10 day past.
I checked home-assistant_v2.db and it has ~1,3GB since long time, so it could be easly 30x bigger and keep nearly yer data which would be handy for me. How can I increase that limit?
Look at your configuration.yaml and see what your recorder purge length is.
You can set how often HA will keep data. If you don’t have it set then the default is 10 days.

I used to have mine set to 1 day since it would take over an hour to boot up do to reordering; since then I have done a fresh install and all is well. I currently have mine set to 8760 hours (365 days).
I also changed my commit_interval to 10 vice default of 1 and that made a huge difference in performance. I have not learned from my mistakes and am still on spinning rust vice an SSD, my last drive died, hence the fresh install and I am running on a 500Gig drive. I honestly don’t know how big the db will get but I figure I would wait and see. I do exclude some things from being recorded, and I can always add more.

Thank You, I somehow missed recorder link when I was reading history article.
I am ussing A2 sandisk card dedicated for apps but I will increase interval to 10 as well, no point of molesting card such hard.
