Hello,
I have an Hitachi heatpumper. I am using this piece of code:

But it exist this libray : hitachi_ac344 hitachi_ac424
But i don’t know what is it and how i know if i can use it.
Anyone know?

A quick search says they are infra red transmitters/receivers, which allow you to control the AC via remote control. Beyond that I have no info.

Yes, but i didn’t find anything about this. No model exist called with this name.

I’m wondering the same questions. I’ve found that commit for ac344 and this one for ac424
Add support Hitachi A/C for 344 bits protocol(tested with RAS-22YK1, RAS-25YK1, RAS-36YK1), and RF10T1 controller.
The second one doesn’t provide any description regarding tested models.
Also 344 and 424 looks to be related to number of bit used by the IR protocol…
