Hello!
Yesterday, our internet went down but not our wifi network. However, I noticed that Apple Home app on iPhone started showing all Home Assistant devices with ‘no response’. My understanding is that HomeKit integration with Home Assistant is local and I should still be able to manage control my devices using Siri. I can manage my devices through HA iOS Companion app but not Home app.
Is there something wrong with my setup that’s preventing local integration/communication between HomeKit/Apple Home app on iOS and Home Assistant?
My Setup:
- Home Assistant on VM on Proxmox
- IOT VLAN where HA is connected
- All IOT devices on IOT VLAN
- 3 Apple TVs and 1 HomePod mini which can act as Home Hubs on IOT VLAN
- pfSense Router
