Updated HA from 2023.4.0 to 2023.4.4.

In host everything startup as it seems like, but when i url to HA it startup but suddenly say “connection lost, reconnection”. It dosent come longer than this. Im new to HA, maybe someone have any idea what to do?

I restarted HA from host, but no luck.

Hi HGara,
After checking a couple things, I’d probably restore the back-up. You are not giving a lot to work with, so I assume you are on the same network(segment) as your HA device, there are no IP address conflicts or other known network issues current.

First checks:

  1. is your device actually running (otherwise your back-up might fail while restoring and you should probably figure our a way to copy the back-up from your storage to a computer and reinstall and restore then)
  2. Do you have time to check the logs and maybe copy them to a notepad for easy reading and sharing?
  3. Can you ping the HA device (and does it respond)?
  4. Do you have hardware (like motion sensors or buttons) that you can use to test if HA itself is still running? If so, test if stuff is still responding.

If you secured the logs and feel comfortable to restore the pre-upgrade back-up you might want to do so and share the logs to the community can see if they notice something strange.

In addition to Recte his tip: does your HA have a fixed IP-address?
If not, do you know what it whas and what the new IP is?

How do you connect to your HA?

Settings → System → Logs

Have you tried the other suggested steps?

I havent tried first step.
2. I copy the logs to txt-file.
3. i can ping, and it responds
4. Not yet.
