Home assistant access suddenly unreliable through app

Hi all, ive subscribed to nabu casa and have my app using the cloud connection for the "home assistant URL. Everything has heen working smoothly

A few days ago it stopped being able to connect. I plinked around a bit in settings but ultimately didnt change anything and it started working again yesterday evening. It’s down again today and i cant seem to get it to connect if I’m not on my local wifi. Everything seems fine. Remote connect is on, nabu casa is paid for, and it used to be working fine.

Connecting via firefox and URL works just fine, but I can’t use the companion app.

Any solutions or ideas why it would suddenly stop working? I haven’t updated anything.

What do you have set for remote and local address for HA in app

I force shut down app when switching between wifi and cellular. The switch between the two is delayed for me. Also i use HA to ioen garage and always a switch wifi to cellular as i attempt this.

My home assistant URL is set to “use home assistant cloud” and my internal address is set to the static ip of my home assistant.

Going to the nabu casa site and clicking “connect” for remote control just gives me an error.

I’ve disabled and reenabled remote control in the home assistant settings and it says it is connected…
