Dear all,
I am using two identical iPhones (8). One works fine. On the second one the App keeps crashing after the windows shows the Home Assistant logo. However, it works before several weeks without any issue.
I have tried the following:
- reset the iPhone several times
- deleted the App, reset the iPhone and reinstalled the App
- Deleted all relevant “Aktualisierungstoken” (under my user name → security)
- changed IP Adress of my iPhone, deleted the App, reset the iPhone and reinstalled the App
Is there any chance to ensure all configuration data are deleted after an iOS App has been removed?
Are there any iOS/iPhone configuration data stored on the Home Assinstant server which I can delete?
I have no idea what else could be of any help. Have you?
