I wonder, will I get notifications on my HA Android app while being out of home with no remote access setup?

Is there something wrong with notifications when outside the home wifi?
Yesterday it worked, now it only works when i’m on my home wifi.
If i switch to celluar internet the notifications don’t arrive.
I can control lights etc from my iphone.
I use the casablanca membership for a half year now without problems.
