Hello! I’ve been a community member for a couple months now but realized I haven’t formally introduced myself yet. I’m Danny from Smarthomepursuits.com.

Since migrating from SmartThings to Home Assistant 6 months ago, I’ve created over 50+ long, helpful, how-to guides on a variety of topics and integrations, both for beginner and advanced HA users alike.

A few topics I’ve covered are: installing Home Assistant in VMware Workstation, installing the VSCode addon, installing Frigate, installing the WireGuard VPN addon, installing the AdGuard Home addon, creating stock and crypto Lovelace cards, birthday reminder cards, Google Calendar integration, chore tracking with rewards point system, Keymaster and Alarmo setup guides, and much more.
