Home Assistant Cloud account disconnected?

I went to my frontend a few minutes ago and I see a pop up notification that my Cloud account has been disconnected. I subscribed to the new paid plan 2 days ago but my configuration page shows:

and all of my Smart Home devices on the Alexa app are now showing disconnected.

Everything was working before and now that I sign up to the paid plan it’s all broken.

My trial was over and I didn’t put in my payment info, I corrected it, my plan is active but disconnected…

It is starting to work again… some speculation on Discord chat was that they hit some sort of rate limiting on payment processing, or something got overloaded.

Regardless, the fix appears to be log out, log in, and then restart HA.

Mine started working again about 10 minutes go once I did that.
