Home Assistant Cloud not longer connecting

As of 2 days ago my rPI home assistant stopped connecting to Nabu Casa. It is reporting a differnt subscription renewal date that the nabu casa website. I have tried sign out and signing back in the cloud service but it seems to have effect.

Exactly the same has happened to me… active user, cloud connection status is ‘not connected’, and the Nabu Casa site shows a different date for being charged (HA GUI still shows Feb 28, Nabu Casa shows Mar 29).

Upgrading to 2022.3.2 made no difference, neither did a restart. Up until 1 or 2 days ago, it was all working fine.

Anyone have a clue as to what is going on?

Found this link on the discord. I’ve opened a ticket with nabu casa to resolve.

This has been resolved for me. I reached out to NabuCasa support and they indicated there was an issue between themselves and paypal. Once they informed me that the issue was resolved, I restarted my instance and access was restored.
