Home assistant cloud subscription expired

Home assistant is reporting my Nabu Casa subscription as expired, despite my subscription being active. I’ve obviously restarted home assistant, as well as signing out and back in to nabu casa. I’m currently running hassOS 4.10 and Core 0.111.0 However, Nabu Casa had disconnected prior to my updating from 0.110.

I’m running on a RPi 3b

Anyone have any idea what’s going on?

Do you use PayPal and does your UI on your server show a next payment date as being in the past?

I do and it does, despite the fact that when I log into Nabu Casa, the next payment date is correct.

Why do I get the feeling that I missed something in the last update?

Is that related to what cogneato asked? I’m just wondering as he seems familiar with the issue, or at least familiar to know two of the details that I forgot to include.

Yes, sorry. If you see a date in the past it indicates a glitch with PayPal updating the subscription usually. Opening a ticket and having someone with access to fix it is what to do.
