where i can buy it ? don’t the raspberry pi 3 b+ has build in Bluetooth ?

Happy Bubbles isn’t made anymore. This add-on is only here for people having existing hardware.
This does not work with your RPI Bluetooth, you need Happy Bubbles hardware for this.

Is there another hardware can do same idea?
Like Bluetooth beacon-based presence detection system ? Or not ?
