I have the same issue since a few days - can’t get any values anymore.
Same problem here too.
My goSungrow integration stopped last night. Had previously used the gist workaround to address the invalid api key problem. In the past I think I’ve also accidentally wiped the workaround when I’ve done a docker system purge -a to clean up unused containers. I’ll try again but keen to hear from others who have had this same new issue:
INFO: Login to iSolarCloud using gateway https://augateway.isolarcloud.com …
Error: unknown error ‘Request is not encrypted’
Usage:
GoSungrow api login [flags]
OK if you are getting the error:
ERROR: unknown error ‘Request is not encrypted’
Please try following the Part 2 instructions here again even if you’ve done it previously: Compiling GoSungrow · GitHub
I’m a Docker noob and probably missed the steps to properly backup/link the patched docker container previously so when I ran a ‘docker system prune -af’ it probably deleted the GoSungrow patched docker container.
@plippes @hksthff please try following the Part 2 instructions and let us know how it goes!
My system stopped working two days ago. Sungrow recently updated the app. Maybe that has something to do with it. I’m not getting any values in my sensors.
Seem to get it running, but cant get the addon to show up in my left menu…nor can i get custom flowchart to give me the correct read out on the sensors. The installation of this Add-on is hard enough on its own…it looks promissing but not for the noobs like me.
The flowchart like its represented in the iSolarcloud app would be nice in HA, but impossible for me to get it done.
Any tips, advice or guidance would be nice
Hi All,
I haven’t been able to get my sungrow inverter into home assistant.
I still have the sungrow inverter data getting pushed to Charge HQ. I’m not longer using Charge HQ as they now charge a monthly fee.
Is there any way to get the same API / result that charge hq is using to get the sungrow data ?
Hi All
I have the Sungrow API key but the error message has a error that said
[06:39:14] INFO: Login to iSolarCloud using gateway https://augateway.isolarcloud.com …
Error: unknown error ‘Missing parameter in request header: x-access-key’
Usage:
GoSungrow api login [flags]
where do i enter the x-access-key
I also get this error.
Hey - same here - and wondering - is this integration even being monitored?
Because - simply I have not seen mickmake respond for quite a while… so I guess he has given up… any update from your end?
hey Mickmake, great stuff, and really appreciate how much time u vested into this, but is this inegration still supported and maintained by you? I have seen a lot of questions and no response - just wanted to check thats all. mainly seems to be an x-access-key issue… then it should work…
Just letting u know, I am in daily contact with Sungrow r&d in China (they have actually flown to my place to help me commission my system), and I do have their full API account permission and an API guide document (not for release yet but for research and development purposes), so if this is helpful in any way - I am more than happy to contribute, if that’s useful. Just let me know. cheers.
Thank you so much! cant wait!
Awesome to hear for you - so good to have you back
Am I blind or are you just talking to yourself?
I don’t see any replies from MickMake
Let u decide.
Hi all,
Can someone answer if it’s possible to enable/configure the “Forced Charging” setting via this integration?
I searched for it in the thread and documentation but didn’t find an answer.
Thanks for helping.
I now got the integration to work but I’m unable to fetch the data. I’m invited as Guest to the system and can see the stats in the app. Is anyone of you able to integrate it even if you are invited as guest?
I am now using the mkaiser integration. It’s easy to set up with my ST15, and you can control forced charging and much more.
Did you have any luck in seeing it in the left menu?
Hey did you ever get this fixed? Got a similar issue. It wants kwh and not kw. Managed to get the power flow card plus working but cant set up the main energy dashboard as it doesnt seem to like kw.
