I was able to use this feature with success.
My Home Assistant is at the IP : 192.168.1.3
So in OTA Server IP, I set : 192.168.1.3
OTA Server Port is : 9541 (The default value configured in HA for TASMOADMIN)
and then click on Automatic. A new view will ask you to select the devices to update
and GO!
Hi guys,
I can upgrade all my Tasmota devices using the command Backlog OtaUrl http://ota.tasmota.com/tasmota/tasmota-IT.bin.gz; Upgrade 1;
inside the TasmoAdmin Console, but the Automatic Update function didnāt work for me. This is the error message:
Minimal Firmware is not accessible on the server at http://192.168.1.25:9541/data/firmwares/tasmota-minimal.bin.gz
Please check the OTA IP address and port are correct
Full Firmware is not accessible on the server at http://192.168.1.25:9541/data/firmwares/tasmota-IT.bin.gz
Please check the OTA IP address and port are correct
Iām using the official NGINX addon. I have to configure something in Ngnix to make this feature working?
Thanks a lot
still having this error here
on latest version
what do i need to do to fix this?
For anybody still experiencing issues, the key for me was to uncheck the SSL box for the addon, and then restart it. Then use your Home Assistant IP & addon port like mentioned before. That combination allowed the automatic update to work for all my devices.
Hi togehter,
i just installed the addon.
Go it running after disabling the āssl optionā under configuration
Bus there is still something strange.
Iām not getting a shortcut in the navbar.
And also this option isnt shown under the addon information like it is with other addons?
Any Ideas why it is this way?
Cheers Robert
I am having a issue that Incant seem to solve. I got the addon to start and work yesterday by unselecting the ssl switch with no issues. Today, the app is running but when you try to go to the web ui it says canāt connect to the server. I have tried restarting and even uninstalling and reinstalling with no success. Any ideas?
Hi.
By default it will try connect to your domain and 9541 port.
Itās not working.
Change your domain name to local IP address with port.
Thanks for the reply. I see in the configuration where to set the port but not the local IP. Do I put them in the same field? If so how would that look?
Iām struggling with this error:
Tasmota devices are available in HA. But I canāt open the WebInterface. I do have a HA Blue installation. Where can I finde the Json file of the Add-On to check for errors?
When you click on āOPEN WEB UIā new popup or tab will be opened.
Change domain name => IP address in new tab window. Donāt change port #.
Thank you, when the popup came up I changed the address to my HA IP instance with the port that was already there and the ui opend and worked with no issues. Is there a way I change where the ui link is directed so when I click it it opens correctly rather than having to manually type in my ip every time?
No, as far as I know
