I love Home Assistant, so much so that I decided to move to a proper house instead of my small-ish apartment. That was a mistake (lol) as the economy has tanked and my job as a dev has gone up in smoke. I’ll need to downsize but whatever that is not the point of this post.
I don’t know how I found Home Assistant configs on GitHub but I did and went down a further Home Assistant rabbit hole and found MacBury Smart House documentation that is separate from his GitHub repo.
I decided to do similar, documenting my smart home journey with proper docs for inspiration.
