Home assistant connection loss

So I’ve been running HA on a raspberry pi for a good couple of months…everything has been fine…recently though my HA is constantly losing connection and the only thing that fixes it is restarting my router.

I am using a orbi mesh system and the pi is connecting to the main router vs a satellite.

Based on some other posts I removed the static IP on ha and instead made one on the router and disabled ipv6…issue goes away for a day or two and then comes back…I checked block sites on the router software and nothing is there.

Does anyone have any other suggestions…I’m really considering dumping the orbi but if thats not my core issue I can wait a bit longer.

Here are the versions I am currently using , the core was updated this morning

  • Core2025.1.0
  • Supervisor2024.12.3
  • Operating System14.1
  • Frontend20250103.0

Any other device dropping connection?

How is signl in that location?

Ethernet or WiFi connection? If WiFi definitely move to Ethernet.

It’s wired and I have three satellites in total two upstairs and 1 downstairs so signal is covered. Nothing else drops off ever.

Just for anyone who might run into this issue again it appears to have been caused by my frigate install…which was working ok for me but not great. I installed it to get two way audio on my reolink doorbell…after removing it out of homeassistant everything seems to be back to being stable again.
