Home Assistant does not discover smart devices on my network

Hello,

My Alexa, WiFi Meross wall switch, WiFi light bulb and 2xTP-Link TAPO LED strips are not being discovered automatically from my Windows VM on VirtualBox.

I can ping 192.168.1.38 from another device in the same network.
