Home Assistant down, RM Pro and Emulated hue still working

Today I blew a circuit at home and haven’t been able to get Home Assistant running since. I’m pretty new to this and need some help. All I get in the log is

17-06-18 11:09:48 WARNING (Thread-3) [homeassistant.components.emulated_hue] Listen IP address not specified, auto-detected address is 192.168.0.17
17-06-18 11:09:48 WARNING (Thread-3) [homeassistant.components.emulated_hue] When targetting Google Home, listening port has to be port 80
17-06-18 11:09:51 WARNING (Recorder) [homeassistant.components.recorder] Ended unfinished session (id=173 from 2017-06-05 23:06:25.374673)

I put in a backup I made last night and it is also not working (and has the same errors), however, the emulated hue is still working. I can still control my RM Pro with Alexa.

Do you have your home automation devices on a fixed IP?

If not I would check if any IPs changed. It’s likely things could have been reassigned IPs after the power outage.
