Home assistant failing at boot

I am running the latest version of Home Assistant OS as a VirtualBox VM. I noticed this morning that I was unable to connect to the web site so I sent the shutdown command to the OS and it shutdown cleanly. when I powered the VM on it did it’s normal selecting which image to boot then froze. So I forced the VM down by powering it off and tried to boot it again. Now it boots directly into a shell command. Not sure how to recover tried to run a couple of simple commands with no luck. Can anyone help?

Reorder or delete entries

Esc

F10 to save

Ok that was to simple I wonder how the boot order got changed like that? is this something that happens with Home Assistant OS?
