Home assistant green can’t connect

Looking for some HELP
Some background I am a user with limited knowledge.

I purchased a home assistant green about a year ago got it set up and it has been working great. I just moved and thought it best to reset HA and start over now that I have a bit of knowledge of HA

So I turned off green pressed button and waited for orange light all worked good created a new account and got started adding my devices. Went to install HACS found something that said “easiest way to install HACS installed it restarted and could not connect to server.

Since then I have reset via button on back and SD card more than once for each method still can’t connect
Plugged in HDMI and see image attached

Looking for any advice on what to do ?
Thanks

I have tried connecting with app on laptop and iPhone. Restarted both devices restarted router and modem

Tried

Apps
Ip address
HTTP://homeassistant.local:8123 & 4357

The ip as well

I guess you could connect a keyboard and try to set it up via the command line (I don’t know if that’s possible though).

Can you ping 192.168.4.63 ?

This is all I get

What ip does your laptop have ?

Mac
Book Air and iPhone

Not sure but a website check shows this

The first pics are from my eero WiFi

One has 192.168.6.43, the other 192.168.4.52, you should be able to ping the green. What networking equipment are you using ?

3 x Eero 6+ for a router

It seems like you have two networks (or more)

  • 192.168.6.x where the laptop/phone is
  • 192.168.4.x where the Green is

You need them both on the same network

I will look at that tonightare you saying I have 2 omore networks because of the 6 & 4 in the ip address?

Well thanks everyone for the help.
Turns out when I moved to the new house my ISP Shaw removed bridge mode from my modem/router and is was causing issues.

I would never have found the issue as fast as I did with out help from the community thanks everyone
